2 cups Epsom salts
2 tablespoons water
few drops essential oil(s)
1 drop food coloring
if desired large or small round bath-ball molds
Mix together Epsom salts and water in a bowl. Add oil, 1 drop at a time, until you like the sense. Add food coloring, 1 drop at a time, until color is even Fill the mixture into half of a bath-ball mold. Pack firmly. Repeat, into the second half of mold. Press the two parts together until they connect. Remove one half of mold very carefully. Let the half bath dry over night, and remove the other part carefully and let dry for a few days

Witch hazel put in a squirt bottle (Non Aerosol Mist like sprays designed to tone and refresh the face during the day. Should be used on problem skin and bruises)

Mix the citric acid and baking soda; grind it down into a very fine powder so you do not have a grainy bath bomb. Add your food coloring 1 drop at a time, until color is even, Add your essential oil 1 drop at a time, until you like the sense. Add the witch hazel until the mixture it sticks together. Pack them hard and firmly into molds. Let them dry about one day

Ground up the Epsom Salt until a really fine powder
Mix your dry ingredients. Get a separate bowl and mix your wet ingredients. (Add essential oils a few drop if you want some sense, and food coloring if you want some color). Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients. Work fast, because it is about to get bubbly. Whisk it all together until you get a consistency of wet sand. Mold your bath bombs with a ice-creams scoop on a cookie sheet to dry. Let dry overnight

Mix together in a large bowl the baking soda, citric acid, and cornstarch. Put aside. In a small bowl Mix together the grape seed oil, purified water, borax, fragrance oil and coloring. Mix well all ingredients. Slowly drizzle the wet mixture into the dry mixture while blending with a spoon (or your hand). Mix until you have a “wet sand” texture – spritz with Witch Hazel. I like using the mini cupcake molds, Press the soap down into the mold as hard as you can. Flip over the mold and release the Cupcake Bath soap from the mold. (If the cupcake crumbles when un-molding, place back into the big bowl, spritz with Witch Hazel, and mix and pack the mold again.) Let the Cupcake Bath soap to dry overnight. After the cupcake section is completely dried, mix up the “frosting” and decorate as

Mix together well bicarbonate of soda and corn flour, add the citric acid Add the essential oil, one drop at a time. Be careful not to use too much. Add your favorite color with the water. Use a spray bottle or a pipette to add a small amount of water at the time or use plain water if you want a white soap. Spray carefully; the texture should look and feel like damp sand or flour. And Mix the ingredients with spoon; squeeze and if it holds together it is done…if not add a little more water. Put the finished mixture into a mold or use different shaped cookie cutters. Press the mix hard into the cutter shapes or the ice cube tray and then leave at room temperature one day
For some people a conditioner will probably be necessary

White Household Vinegar: wet your hair and give it a rinse with vinegar. Let it sit for a few minute, rinse and wash with shampoo, Do this every time you wash your hair
Apple Cider Vinegar: wet your hair and give it a rinse with Apple Cider vinegar. Let it sit for 30 minutes, rinse, and wash with shampoo, Do this every time you wash your hair
Tea Tree Oil: After washing your hair (shampoo, conditioner). Pour 1 TBS Tea Tree Oil with 1 cup of warm water in a spray or squirt bottle, shake well, spray a generous on your hair. Massage and let sit for a 10-15 minutes. Pat the excess water and dry
Rosemary Tea: Brew 2-cups of water with1/3-cup of fresh or ¼-cup of dry Rosemary. Let it cool down. Strain and use as a rinse. Pat the excess water and dry (Dark hair only)
Peppermint Tea: Brew 2-cups of water with1/3-cup of fresh or ¼-cup of dry Peppermint. Let it cool down. Strain and use as a rinse. Pat the excess water and dry (Dark hair only)

Ginger Cinnamon-Salt Body Scrub
1-cup sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup almond oil or olive oil
Mix all ingredients, then gently rub over your skin (except your face). Rinse with warm water

1/4 cup pure honey
3/4 cup liquid Oil (Jojoba, Grapeseed or Sweet Almond)

Melt the emulsifying wax and almond oil in a water bath In a separate pan, heat and mix well water, glycerine and Borax, add the witch-hazel, and jasmine oil. Add this water mix to the wax mixture. Stir constantly until cool. Poor in a container

1 small cucumber (peeled. Seeded and mash)
4-TBS of chamomile tea (steeped and strained)

2-TBS of aloe Vera gel
In a pot, combine the green tea, chamomile tea, and gelatin. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Transfer to a glass bowl and add the cucumber past or you can use the juice from the cucumber only and add the aloe Vera gel. Cool until is thick. Apply mask to face, neck, let it dry. Peel mask from forehead to chin. Rinse with warm water and pat dry

2-cups fresh chopped flower blossoms (use flowers as lavender, lilac, orange blossoms or honeysuckle, rose)
Fill a cotton cheesecloth bag with the flower blossoms put in a wide mouth jar and then pour water over and covered. Let it sit overnight. The next day, remove the bag and squeeze well to recuperate all the water from the bag. Heat the water in a pot and simmer until there is one to two Tablespoon left of the liquid.
